Well, they DID re-sign him.
Not only did we give up the delicious 3rd pick in the 2nd round last year, but NEXT year, long after his contract has been bought out, WE'RE STILL PAYING FOR IT!
Can we just call Dan Cloutier the Heather Mills of the Kings organization?
To keep paying for Cloutier thru 2009 may suck, but how do you blame the player for the deal that brought him to L.A.? It's your buddy, Deano, to whom you need to whine. Conversely, Heather Mills said "I do" and then said "I don't, so pay me." She represented herself in both transactions.
it'll get worse. we're bound to find out he's client #1 at some point, because the Kings wouldn't pick-up his apartment bill, his wife went home to have the baby and he needed to get some.
