I don't care how he gets the goal in the net as long as he keeps doing it. You really need to look at some of those highlight goals from Frolov's NHL page to really appreciate what the guy adds to the team.
You need to add the Count from Sesame Street to add cred to this post.
I personally believe that Frodolov has installed a magnet on his stick and replaced the game pucks with the famous FoxTrax!(tm) pucks of yore, that thing just sticks to him like whoa. When I see Frodolov go into the corner with the puck, I know I have time to go take a piss, grab a beer, eat some Doritos, then come back and he will STILL be cycling with the puck in the same corner. I love that ****. He is un-breakable.
Some of you guys seriously need to get a life... I was just expressing my opinion and you really got your panties in a knot. Bottom line, IN MY OPINION, Frolov is a talented player who is not playing up to his potential at the moment, and frankly I don't consider him to be in the core of untouchable building blocks for the Kings. I would consider giving him up to get a decent center and a pick. It's my opinion... live with it. You can call me retarded or whatever like a bunch of five-year-olds, and it doesn't matter. Not everyone has to agree with you.
And afx114, I wasn't saying that banging home garbage is a bad thing... a goal is a goal.

so what you're saying is, a near-point per game player who is currently playing at a .93 ppg clip AND injured is "not playing up to his potential at the moment."
...and you're wondering why a bunch of five-year olds are calling you retarded?

Points are only part of the equation. I give up... I'm done posting. Congratulations.

You're right, points are only a small part of what Fro brings to the team. Like I said, if you actually WATCHED him you would see A LOT of other **** that he brings to the team.
where have you been? this isn't 2004. the "Frolaround" hasn't been a part of his repertoire since, really, the budding stages of his career.
going from right to left (and vice-versa) from behind the net and taking an occasional walkout into the face-off circle hardly constitutes a "wrap around" attempt.
Alex makes his living behind the net, in the corners, and along the boards.
OP, Frolov a perimeter player? go back and look again at where he scored his goal the other night against Anaheim. not to mention the fact that at least 50% percent of his goals are garbage goals that he picks up in and around the net. it's obvious that he's been injured and is still suffering a bit when you see the lack of that pop in his first step... he's had a difficult time jumping on quick rebounds this season.
cmon ges. gimme a break. nothing ever dies on LGK hence people STILL bagging on blake and modry, and making jokes about brownie shooting wide. things always get brought back up. and seriously, the "frolaround?" i hope you didn't coin that term. neither funny nor clever.
