Kelowna's first two shooters failed on their shootout attempts. All three Edmonton shooters failed on theirs. It came down to Geordie, as the Rockets' final shooter, and he ended the game with the only shootout goal.
Martin Jones (#1 star of the game) gets the win, saving 33 of 34 shots on goal. Brandon Kozun went 0-0-Even-0 for the Hitmen. Linden Vey (#2 star of the game) was -1 for the Tigers.

And here is a brief playoff outlook for the teams of the Kings CHL prospects. The only team that is out of a playoff spot right now is Colten Teubert's Regina Pats. While I would hate to see Teubert end his CHL career by missing the playoffs, I wouldn't mind getting him to Manchester as soon as possible for their playoff run.
