SAD I KNOW. But I thought I'd share my Kings videos with the hardcore fans on here. I used to record all the games back in the early 90s. I made two highlight reels. The Kings playoff run and this Huddy resume tape of embarrassment. I hated him then like I currently hate Derek Armstrong. If anyone wants to see a particular goal from the 91-92 season up to the 94-95 season, drop me a line! hahahaha
Yes, I have a few requests.
I know he was only with us for a short time, but....An end to end rush by Paul Coffey against Edmonton. You used to see the last bit of it as Coffey scored, on the Prime Ticket intro to Kings games back during the second half of the 92-93 season. As I remember, the game was sometime around October or November of 1992. I've been looking for a clip of this goal for years.
Davey Taylor splitting Chicago's defense like Mario Lemieux. He made Chelios and (Steve Smith) look about as effective as Modry and....just about anyone on the current defese. This one was just before the playoff run in '93.
The famous Kyosti Karjalainen "throw the legs, 'round the back" feed to Corey Millen. As I remember that was against Calgary towards the end of the '91-92 season.
If you've got even more time, I've always thought this was overdue, how about a greatest hits collection of Alexei Zhitnik, Tony Granato or Tomas Sandstrom. Some of the post-silver and black-era crowd may have missed how important they were to the team.
About Huddy, beleive me, watching him up in Edmonton, he covered for Coffey and more than one occasion. But i agree completely. I'll never gorget that beautiful pass to Greg Adams in Vancouver.
My personal memory of Charlie Huddy. If I had a dollar for every time Bob Miller spoke those words...
Believe me when I tell you that i would have been able to enter early retirement if I had a dollar fro everytime I heard Bob Miller say, "Huddy lost his balance."
Great work! Now, if you do find the time, how about a highlight vid for the Kings-Oilers fightfest, I believe it was 1990? It was the one where Glenn Anderson sucker punches Tomas Sandstrom.

I'd be down for some Tomas Sandstrom.
You know what there should be a compilation of though? All of the goalies in LA throughout the years. Stauber, Knickle, and so on.....

Ok, I remembered those goals as well so they were easy to find. Enjoy. As for any greatest hits or goalie collections, I really didnt clip off any hits or saves unless they were amazing and Im pretty sure I have no hits from Zhitnik, Granato and Sandstrom. The Kings Oilers penalty minute fight fest happened before I began recording games, but I remember it very well.

Ok, being that you seem to have it all, I want the goal highlights from the Dominic Lavoie hat trick against the Red Wings in the 93-94 season.
BTW, if you haven't gotten all that video off of tape and onto DVD yet, we need to talk. I'm pretty sure there are a ton of us here that would contribute to the cause in exchange for a copy of all that video on DVD. I'm not suggesting you do it yourself, I'm saying we get a quote from a service to do it.

Your order is ready. One Dominic Lavoie hat trick coming up. The third goal is a SCORCHER! And I am gonna start dubbing these soon.
