Not that there aren't faults with Crow, but, you do realize that the Kings are 5-2-1 over the last 8 games and 9-4-1 over the last 14 with wins over the Ducks, Red Wings, Stars and Canucks? The man is doing something right.

You do realize the Kings are dead last in the league, and have been there for quite a while?

A fact that I lay at the feet of the players, primarily the vets, just as much if not more than Crow. Early season recovery from injuries of Blake, Fro, Zus, (and from my understanding Stuart as well) and Lubo stinking it up are a big part of the blame game as well. Point is that the Kings are now playing along the lines of what I and some others thought they were capable of. Some of that credit goes to Crow as does some of the blame for the weak start.

But if Crawford is "doing something right" over the last 14 games or so, what was he doing wrong the first 40 or so? It just seems like people are pointing at the Kings play lately and giving Crawford a lot of credit, when if that is the case shouldn't we also be pointing at how bad they played for the majority of the season? I agree the vets are partially to blame, and I don't think it is any coincidence their play has picked up as we get closer to the trade deadline either.
