He should have known it wasn't a trivial knee injury when thery made him get an MRI. MRI stands for "Maybe Really Injured." But his attitude about earning a spot in the fall sounds great.

Can't wait for training camp this year, it could be possible that we have 3 or more rookies looking for a spot in the NHL, Boyle, Purcell and Doughty/Boogsian for sure

So glad to hear his knee injury wasn't more serious. Boyle could be a huge player for the Kings and as much as I love CBGB, it's going to be awesome to rub it in his face when Boyle bitch slaps Perry and Getzlaf in one arm movement.
