Yeah, an DL said he wants a #1, a player and a prospect.

Somewhere in-between lies the deal.

That makes no sense. I don't like Blake but if he nets the team a first or more then I don't care where he goes.

IF he waives his clause he is doing us a favor despite the fact that he would demand he stays close to home.

Blake to the Ducks is fine by me...just as long as he pots an own goal to eliminate them from a playoff series. He'd be a lock to have his number in the rafters after that.

Of course he said that. That doesn't mean that when it comes down to making the trade, he doesn't give it up.

I still think that its going to be Ryan, The Edmonton first, and additional picks to the Thrashers for Hossa or the Leafs for Sundin.
