yea, i thought that was a nice gesture by mcgratton. it was clear that he was playing into it. even though he is in someone else's arena he still is entertaining the fans.

i'm actually a fan of bailey too... reading about him on the boards at the beginning of the season made me skeptical, but when i actually went to the game, he's made me laugh a couple of times

I told my son at the beginning of the season that Cloutier was in teh costume. When I told him they were bringing back Clout he actually asked "then who's going to wear the Bailey costume" I totally forgot I told him that

He doesn't seem like a bad mascot, he's actually pretty entertaining. I understand those who get annoyed with him blocking the game, though. You people need to join me in the 300 level, then it won't be a problem, haha

Bailey is GREAT!!!! On Wednesday, 3/5/08, he went to my wife's Kinder class. The person he was with read a story & Bailey showed the pix. What a character!!!!!!!!! I will post some pix later!!!!!!!!! He even signed a few of my jerseys.

I'm a big Bailey supporter, but last night he was passing out flags and tickets to the crowd (people who'd kill their own mother to get some random free ****) during the game.

Kinda pissed me off, but all in all he makes me laugh.

Before the game started last night he went up to someone with a Senator's jersey on and asked if he could have some of his popcorn. The Senator's fan said okay and Bailey grabbed a handful. He started to put the popcorn up to his mouth and then threw it in the Senator fan's face instead. I couldn't stop laughing!
