SPECTOR'S NOTE: The Kings will be trying to clean house by the deadline and I suspect that at least two players from the above list could be playing elsewhere by February 26th.
You can't blow this team up completely, there needs to be some continuity and core
I would hope that unless the offer is too good to pass up, then Lubo, Preissing, Handzus are off the list
Stuart should be on a come back next year as a FA deal
Armstrong must see his days numbered, Boyle can do his 3rd or 4th line duties at a much higher level
I could see Visnovsky being moved to Philadelphia if Carter and Coburn or Parent were coming back our way.
Keep in mind I think it would be a trade Lombardi would consider, not one that is likely to happen. I know Lombardi wouldn't mind getting Niittymaki either.

People bring his name up, but Handzus CAN'T be moved because he has a NMC (No Movement Clause) in his contract.
NMC: A player cannot be traded, waived for a claim by another team, or assigned to the minors without his consent. This does not protect the player from a buyout.
