The better news is... the Ducks won't be doing nearly as well next season, barring some sort of miracle.
To top it off, they may lose Burke as well. There's a lot of talk about the Leafs wanting to talk to him. He does have another year in his contract I believe, but they (xm204) said that the Ducks are allowing Burke to talk to anyone.

We don't want him to leave Anaheim just yet. He hasn't ****ed their team up enough. He needs another season or two.
