The have a certain number of "tanks" (I thinks it's three), each with a fill set of numbers. They draw one from each tank coming up with a four digit number.
Each possible 3 digit number is assigned to a team based on the probabilities assigned. Tampa gets 250 numbers, Kings get 188, down through Carolina, who get 5.
The team that has the winning number moves up a maximum of 4 positions. The teams they leapfrog move back one position.
That's it.
(please note that the "three tanks" analogy isn't necessarily the exact way they do it, but the basic mechanics of the process is accurate. 3 tanks is the fewest they can use based on the percentages.)
no its like the california lottery. they pick a number of balls (4 or 5 i cant remember) and each team (17-30th) is allocated a percentage of the possible outcomes.
say the kings have 1234 and those numbers are picked in that order, we get the number one pick.
It's more like the daily 3 drawing because each tank has numbers 0 - 9.
LoL, you must have read my mind or something. Someone just told me in shoutbox to think positive and I told them to knock that Secret crap off. People need to accept the fact that we are doomed and there is nothing we can do about it. I say if Tampa wins we burn Willsie in effigy.
