As bad as the season has been and as bad as the team is, the few players that are playing well have carried the team all year and are 1 win away from last years' total wins. I don't ever remember the Kings having their young players producing like this. This is good news. I have to say, I am excited about the next couple seasons. We aren't too far away from being a playoff team.

No, all that matters this season is if the kids have improved, and they have.
I agree 100% The Youngsters are doing great. In the future, it doesn't matter how many games are won to the season before though. Teams play different year to year and point differentials only matter to the top 8 in our conference. We don't need to win a certain number of games to make the playoffs next year. We need more points than 7 other teams in our conference.
Yeah he's absolutely right. I'm not arguing with him. The kids are doing great. I'm just saying wins compared to last year isn't as important as their individual stats compared to last year =)
