Ottawa Senators general manager Bryan Murray announced today the signing of goaltender Jeff Glass to a one-year, two-way contract.
Glass, 22, played last season with Ottawa’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators. In 46 games with the B-Sens, he posted a 15-20-4 record with a 2.88 goals-against average and .913 save percentage. Glass set new career highs in games played, wins, shutout victories (two), goals-against average and save percentage. He also recorded a career-best 46 saves in a 5-2 home loss to Springfield on April 5.
