Brian Rolston holds the puck at the blue line while the Stars believe it is headed in the other direction and appear to start vacating the zone. Rolston wins a stick battle with Jamie Benn near the blue line and then flicks a soft puck on goal that Patrik Elias deflects past Alex Auld at the 18:02 mark of the first period.

Dallas comes back with energy and draws a penalty. The Stars will start the second period with 1:42 in power play time.
