About This Page: This is a discussion on Hockey Players Forum within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. Someone is gonna have to grab the bull by the horns and make this happen.
Who is going to step up and get it done?
Interested! Make it early on Friday or on Saturday. Most people have plans in the later hours. I'd say a 3pm to 5pm slot should work. Something like that. My 2 cents.
I'd go for a 2-3pm time slot Saturday game.
Plenty of time to play and get ready for the game.
People should be somewhat sober (maybe).
Doesn't interfere with any show times.
Get the ice for 90 minutes and be outta there by 4:30 at the latest.
What say you? Not enough interest yet, clearly. Need two goalies and preferably 20 skaters to make this happen. Im only skating out, not playing goal. So come on people, if you want this, now's the time.
VQ, have you found a rink with that particular time?
I only ask because last year there where tournaments going on
at the rink we played. I can look into ice times at the Vegas
rinks, if needed. Also, are you staying downtown again?
In order to do this I have to do five things.
1) Get the time off from work and school
2) save enough money to get to Vegas and have $$ for booze
3) buy tix to the game
4) get a room
5) and convince the Litzer that I need to play hockey in Vegas as opposed to seeing "O" like I promised her three years ago.
