We had a game today to close out the camp. They did player announcements and played the national anthem. All in all it was a great time and well worth the money. My son and I had a blast and am looking forward to the next time.
My son and I were on the same team so I played the 1st period and let him finish it up. In the last minute of play we were leading by a goal and he made some huge saves, one of which was on Marcel Dionne. This is a Ray Ferraro telling him that he just stopped a hall of famer.
My son had a game at TSC last night (beat the Jr. Kings 10-2) and we arrived early enough to watch the fantasy camp game. Everyone looked like they were having a blast, especially the former Kings. I think anyone who plays hockey would enjoy participating in this. The price isn't outrageous considering you get to spend the entire weekend playing hockey with former pros. Judging by what I saw, I think everyone there had the time of their life.
