About This Page: This is a discussion on Hockey Players Forum within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. My league team decided I needed to play goalie since we don't have one, and I'm the only one lanky enough to flail about and periodically stop pucks.
Anybody have

Anybody have / know where i can get some gear? Used is fine... I'm just currently using a a chest protector from the rink that doesn't cover my lower abdomin, and other areas, and I've gotten lucky so far.
If you have any ideas, let me know. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Karma to whomever can finish that.
I've got leg pads, a glove, a blocker, and depending on the size of your grape a mask that I can sell you. PM me if you're interested. I'll post pics in a bit.

I concur with SirJW...try Play it Again SPorts in Torrance/Redondo beach. Talk to Larry or Mike there and they will set you up. They know their stuff, and can help you out. Even better you may be able to pick up Jamie Storr's old pads or Steve Shield's pads
It's funny you mention the Play It Again in Torrance. I live right across the street, just been too busy to even look there.
Seriously talk to Mike or LArry and they know their stuff. They play up at Ice Chalet in Palos Verdes and the guy who sharpens skates at that PIAS is Rick Garcia Kings former Equipment Manager
