Oppo Update | | Update-the ISO firmware update didnt correct the players problem playing regular CDs. I sent an email back to OPPO support and within 4 hours they sent me a prepaid Fed Ex Label with all of the shipping information and RMA number already handy. I simply printed it out and put it on the box and dropped it off a FedEx/Kinkos. I think the player is over 2 years old and they didnt ask about a receipt or a warrenty at all.
Today I got an email that said they received the unit, and they would repair it as well as clean it as well as upload the latest firmware and if they couldnt fix it-theyd send me the latest model of Oppo Player and that they would keep me updated via email and almost all repairs are done in 2 days.
Pretty good customer service!
