This thing has no games outside Zelda, Wario, and Paper Mario. Alien Syndrome looks like it might be interesting when it comes out, and I'm looking forward to the baseball game, but neither of these are out yet.
I guess I just expected there to be a few more compelling titles 6 months+ after launch.
I got one too a couple weeks ago after being waiting for one since 5:45 in the morning. I haven't really been playing it all that much lately, but then again i haven't had time and the only game we got were paper mario, wiiplay and that wii sports game the system came with.
So far what I've played there are a couple of other good games. I had fun in the short time playing Trauma Center. You become the doctor and learn how to operate on patients using the Wii remote. It is actually quite difficult but it is fun.
The Godfather game is good if you like games like Grand Theft Auto. You run around shoot some people extort some businesses while trying to control New York.
I've also read that the Prince of Persia game got really good ratings of 8.7 in one magazine. There system will pick up eventually as soon as more game start being released.

I just played this at a friend's BBQ for the first time last weekend. Stuck to the sports so more people could play: bowling, baseball, tennis, and a few others here and there. I felt like an idiot the next day when I was actually sore! It highlighted how out of shape I must be for a video game to have that effect. Other than that, pretty fun!

Super Paper Mario
Excite Truck (seriously underrated - a lot of fun, arcady type of racing)
Zelda
Wii Sports (great for parties)
Wario is a quirky little game that seems to be more like a gimmick with the Wii Remote than anything else.
My kids love to play their GameCube games on the Wii with the Wavebird Wireless Controllers. They're switching back and forth between the Virtual Console games I downloaded, GameCube games (Mario Kart, NHL Blitz, Sega Soccer Slam), and the Wii games. It's really a great system for us.
I also want to get Elebits - supposed to be very good.
Elebits blows. WAY overrated. So is Rayman Raving Rabbids.
Excite Truck is GREAT. The only problem is that they don't have enough play options in it. I want an option to go head to head 2 players but with some AI drivers on the course too. I also want a way to play 2 or 4 players on that truck smashing game. Also, a level editor in the tradition of excite bike would have been cool. Oh well, maybe in version 2.
Paper Mario is ok. I like the concept of the 2D/3D switching, but the graphics are (albeit purposefully) awful, and the ENDLESS dialogue makes me want to slit my wrists.
I've heard Excitetruck is good. My buddy just gave me his copy of Elebits to check out. He says it's harder than a nipple on a witch's tit in a brass bra. We shall see...

Couldn't agree with you more about the endless dialogue in Mario. BLEH BLEH BLEH BLEH...
