Curious if anyone has an idea what would be a good home office phone to get? Just one line, want: speakerphone, digital display, caller ID, memory dial, etc- fairly standard.

Curious if anyone has an idea what would be a good home office phone to get? Just one line, want: speakerphone, digital display, caller ID, memory dial, etc- fairly standard. There seem to be a lot of units on the market but it's hard to tell which is good. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
