I am moving in a couple of weeks and researching whether to stay with TWC or to go back to DirecTV. I really miss DirecTV so I am trying to justify it financially.
They have a deal running right now that is very good. If you buy the NFL Sunday Ticket package at $74.95 per month for four months, they will give you their Premiere Package free for those four months. The Premiere package includes almost every channel they offer, including all of the movie channels such as HBO, Cinemax and Showtime, over 265 channels. This package is normally $104.95 per month.
The deal also includes a free 5 LNB dish, free dvr service (4 months), Their top of line HD DVR Reciever with 50 hours of HD Storage (200 SD), and free installation plus NFL Sunday Ticket.
I spoke to a rep and she said that after the 4-month promotion expires I can switch to any other package I want and will incur no penalties and I own the equipment.
I am going to call back and sign up. YEA! Cuz I really loved DirecTV when I had from 1995 - 2002.
