It doesn't really say why they were deemed illegal, though Verizon will still charge me the full 175 if I cancel. Luckily my contract is up in a few months, and I'm planning to cancel afterwards. Anyone got any info on why ETF's were deemed illegal?

It's stated in the contract, and if you sign it, and agree to the terms, one should be held to those terms right? Maybe I'm missing something here.
