I'm on T-Mobile and have to get a new phone. (I lost my Moto KRZR at the Raiders/Chargers game yesterday). I am thinking about a Blackberry Pearl and was wondering if anyone could share their experiences with this phone. Also, if anyone can recommend a good phone that I can use for web browsing, texting, organizing my appointments, etc.
I'm open to move to a new carrier if the new carrier can port my # and give me a phone for FREE. Also, I do text a lot so I'll need a company that offers an unlimited texting package. I would love to go to Verizon but they charge for EVERYTHING and I prefer to have the ability to put my own ringtones and wallpapers on the device.
thanks for the input guys....I opted for my first choice...The BB Pearl from T-Mobile. I contemplated making the switch to Verizon but the phone would have cost more as would everything else. T-Mobile's "My Faves" plan was way too enticing. I was able to cut down my calling plan to a cheaper one since I only really talk to the same 3-4 people all of the time.
I hate talking on the phone so the 3-4 people I mentioned are the ones that keep me on the phone for extended periods of time. Everybody else gets the 20 second conversation.
He has all the friends he needs right here at LGK .... if by "friends" we mean "antagonistic, whiny, glass-is-half-full, bitches masquerading as Kings fans".
