There is software that can do it for you or you can add the website to your windows HOSTS file. Do a quick google search and you should figure out how to use the HOSTS file rather easily.

No, My 9 year old likes to watch youtube for the hockey highlights and my wife saw him watching one and who ever was filming the home movie of a kids hockey game had the mouthof a sailor, so I just wanted to block the site from his computer.

Are you using a router? Most routers have the ability to block certain domains from being accessed, and it's password protected by you, so there's no way kiddo can get around it.

Just don't use his name as a password.

I believe that this would come in handy...

Open in notepad: c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (if you're not using XP, just search for a file called hosts (no extension) on your computer)

Add these two lines to the end of the file:

127.0.0.1 anaheimducks.com
127.0.0.1 www.anaheimducks.com

Then close and save changes. Now clear your cache and history, and you are safe from links to anaheimducks.com.

You can do the same thing with any other site you don't ever want to visit, such as YAHOO, tubgirl.com, popup ad hosts, or yodastoilet.com.
