Magellan is based right here in San Dimas. I wonder if you can contact them and see if they can fix or replace it for you there. They are great about customer service I am told.

Didn't know they were in San Dimas. I've sent them an e-mail requesting a return authorization number. No units can be returned without one. Hopefully it won't take long to get it back.
