Apple knows people aren't going to return their machines, unless they're getting a full refund from Psystar. This is Apple's lawyers throwing everything including the kitchen sink. In lieu of the returned devices, they'll charge them a penalty per each unreturned clone, I'm sure.

I'm sure the next OS update could render their computers useless if they try to apply the update. The consumer wouldn't even be able to complain, since it was an illegal installation anyway.
I think the poster above me hit the nail on the head, they are trying to throw everything at Psystar, since they know that they have this one in the bag.

I think a better title would of been Prystar was dreaming... I cant believe these morons that that Apple would take this lying down. There is a reason why Dell and HP dont install MAC OS X on their machines.

Didn't Psystar say right at the begnning they expected to have to fight Apple?
Also, lawyers, does Apple have a problem here in that they allow (by not stopping) osx86 people to exist? That is the method Psystar uses to put the software on their machines.
