Batman Begins is a thousand times better than Batman Returns. I mean I loved Christopher Walken in Batman Returns... but otherwise yuck.

Batman: Pointless movie but still fun to watch. Has some Batman elements but is mostly a Tim Burton movie. Jack was Jack in makeup and Batman was a side character.
Batman Returns: One of the weirdest mainstream movies I've ever seen. Almost entirely a Tim Burton movie rather than a Batman movie. Michelle Pfeiffer is the only reason to watch this. The Penguin was completely misunderstood.
Batman Forever: Bad but somehow reached guilty pleasure status for me. Don't really know why.
Batman & Robin: Absolute s**t.
Batman Begins: Awesome origin story. Explains Batman/Bruce Wayne in detail and why he does what he does. Smart script where the bad guys don't just team up against the good guy. First comic book movie I've seen with a twist.
The Dark Knight: Along with it's predecessor, the best comic book movie ever made. Neither one feels like a comic book. Heath IS The Joker. Every character fits with how they were portrayed in the comics. Extremely smart script.
And more reasons for why Forever was better:
1. Two-Face flipping the coin repeatedly until he got the result he wanted which was to kill.
2. Two-Face acting like the Joker.
3. The Riddler acting like the Joker.
4. "I'll get drive-thru."
5. Batman's ass shot.
6. Nipples galore.
7. Seal had a #1 single.
8. "Holy rusted metal, Batman."
9. Harvey Dent's epic back story.
10. A penis-shaped Batmobile.
