Watched the Bucket List last night and it got me thinking some random thoughts I thought Id share.
What I wouldn't give to get Morgan Freemans phone number. Is this guy capable of giving bad advice? Every movie hes been he's always the wisest/smartest coolest f'er on the planet. What if Morgans advice to you was to kill yourself? Anyone else saying that to you would be met with a big F you but with Freemans voice of authority and clout-youd almost have to consider it on that basis alone.
When was the last time Hollywood made a movie about a wise and funny white guy who gives sage advice to an uptight out of touch black guy? Bagger Vance, Jerry Maguire, Bucket List, Hitch...the list goes on and on. Im going to write a script about a Middle Class White Farmer from Iowa who befriends a wealthy rap star and teaches the rap star how to find happiness.
Remember when Morgan Freeman was on the Electric Company? Hell...remember the Electric Company.
And since random thoughts generally means more then 2 or 3 items-anyone have anything they want to do before they die?
Heres a couple of mine....
Go Ice fishing in one of those little huts.
Visit London and Ireland. Go have a Drink at the Worlds oldest pub.
Machu Pichu.
Put the Chili from a Tommy Burger onto a Double Double Animal.
Punch Salty Dog.
Take Mitchrock hunting with Ted Nugent.
Thoughts?
