As of right now, The Weinstein Company is HD DVD only.

But who cares? Planet Terror on DVD looks as good as it's going to look and Death Proof sucked ass.

The problem with Death Proof is that all the scenes without Kurt Russell in them lag.

Hatter, Unfiltered, etc. you guys did read the title of this thread,right? Good News For GrindhouseFans.

I appreciate that not everyone loved this movie...that was evident from the lack of success. And yes Deathproof was a mixed bag...started good,great crash...good old school car chases...and then...well. But give me an ambitious failure like this over flicks like Transformers and just about anything that Nicolas Cage has the nerve to do nowadays...honestly has anyone seen GhostRider???? Yipes.

You said everything I already said.

I LOVE Planet Terror. It delivers on everything it promises and then some. There is nothing to dislike about this flick. Only good things. And since it represents a part of the theatrical release of Grindhouse...

But Death Proof was a couple of decent scenes bookended by a bunch of twats talking WAY TOO MUCH. Seriously, there was too much dialogue even for Tarantino movie, and that's quite a bit.
