For me personally, Flogging Molly and Manchester Orchestra are nice surprises.

Crosschecks: 0 High Scores 0 | Tentatively, it looks like Friday and Saturday for me...with Saturday being a for-sure. I agree though, it's a bit disappointing in comparison to previous years... |

Crosschecks: 0 High Scores 0 | After a second, more in-depth look at the lineup, I have to say this year is indeed disappointing. The only acts I would REALLY like to see (and would be worth the drive) are death cab, roger waters, and portishead. As it stands, it looks like the only day I will go will be saturday. Bummer.

Crosschecks: 45 High Scores 0 | Portishead, Cold War Kids, The Streets, Roger Waters, Kraftwerk, Death Cab, MGMT, Love & Rockets and Flogging Molly. That's plenty for me.
If you haven't seen Cold War Kids, they are great live. Though I think they may not be suited for a giant festival atmosphere, they come off better in a place like the Wiltern.
The Streets, check'em out if you haven't yet. Not for everyone, but Mike Skinner is damn talented and pretty hilarious.
Portishead...that's almost enough for me without adding in the other bands.
Flogging Molly, again a great live act but may lose the energy in a big festival over a House of Blus venue where they are at their best.
Radiohead is apparently headlining the new east coast Coachella in August. They are playing SD, SB, LA, and SF so us west coast Radiohead fans will have plenty of chances to see them. |

Crosschecks: 0 High Scores 0 | Not even Portishead can get me to go to this.
I'll wait for them to tour. |
