Pretty interesting story.

I guess you can perceive it as an issue between morality and justice.

Is it okay to allow a convicted murderer free or since her human rights have been taken away, is it right to keep her jailed depriving her of enjoying her last few months alive with her husband?

Only true celebrities are allowed to leave the prison after 39 yea... I mean 39 minutes of "imprisonment".

i am an extreme bleeding heart and you know that... but this woman savagely murdered a pregnant woman who begged for her life and was told -- "Look bitch, I don't care a thing about you. You're going to die and there's nothing you can do about it."

i find it strange that Bugliosi apparently told the LA Times that he doesn't have any problem with her release.

Just what the bajeebers does a "bleeding heart" believe in according to you BAD?

Arguments pro and con on the "Compassion" release:

Pro: Shows compassion

Probably saves the state some $ on the medical etc.

Not much of a flight risk w/ brain cancer and an amputated leg.

Con: Shows compassion
