I heard this story on the radio this morning, and of course I knew the Senator must be a Democrat because the report did not state her political party.
Even the detnews link did not have the D beside her name.
When the next Republican gets caught doing something stupid in an airport, maybe the detnews will show the same consideration...

*Sigh* I knew this was coming.
First of all, the CNN story that I read a couple of days ago quite aptly pointed out that she's a Dem. Of course, I'm not sure really that it matters in this case, does it? Did SHE actually do anything? Or are you proposing sanctions for politicians for crimes they have absolutely no involvement in, outside of being naturally fugly?
Second, even if she was running the damn show and filmed the entire escapade - the minute the Democrats start and end their campaigns as religious zealots and family values - then there's a bigger issue.
The media sure did give that Spitzer guy a pass, didn't they?
