OK...wait...I'm really confused now. I thought "no" means "yes" if it really means "no" on odd days of the month. Otherwise, it really means "yes". Now you're saying almost the opposite. Crap!

93 and S are both major scams. Both have lies about what they do buit right into them.
For 93, the scam is that it will let about 40 a-holes stay longer while pretending to be making term limits stricter.
S is even more insidious, IMO. They are calling it a "tax cut" of like 1%, but in reality, voting against it will result in a 100% tax cut because the tax in question is currently ILLEGAL and they will have to stop collecting it. If you vote yes, you legalize this phone tax and give them the power to expand it to other things like Internet connections.
