Here's how it works, if you want to know. If you agree with a candidate, he gets point(s). If you disagree, take point(s) away. Unkown/other results in no points. The number of points given or taken depends on the weight you set. "Meh" is worth 1 point, "important" 2, and "key" is worth 5. The items you disagree about will be listed directly underneath each candidate (if they score greater than zero).

Interesting the top candidate for me is Dodd. Don't even know who that is.
This is the exact reason I posted the link.
Can't we all agree that there is something wrong with the system when just 3 candidates on both sides are shoved down our throats by the nightly news? The system truly is broken.

What else would you propose? Any plurality-based system is going to result in strategic voting towards two candidates.

I meant the system in which information is delivered to the country. There is no neutrality when it comes to broadcast news. Each network makes a conscience decision on who they feel are viable candidates and focuses only on them. They dwell where the money is instead of where the issues are and as long as that remains the case we've got a problem.

Well, their conscious choice though is dictated by campaign contributions, which is--though obviously slanted towards the wealthy--based on the people talking with their wallets.
I mean, I'm not saying it's perfect, but if you are going to say the system is broken I'd like to see the better (and by that, I include logistically-reasonable) alternative.
