Palin had a nice cushy thing going for her as the Alaskan Governor. Her pick as a Vice Presidential candidate made her a household name. She was all to eager to go on the attack and play the pitbull with lipstick. Now her every move as governor will be scrutinized. Some people are to ambitious for their own good.
Seriously, how on earth is this woman going to re-surface and explain how she didn't know that Africa was a country while she was running for the office of Vice President?
She did think Africa was a country, problem is that it is a continent, not a country.
Honestly I gotta imagine this isn't the case. I don't think highly of the woman, or give her credit for much intelligence, but we've all said a dumb thing about a topic we actually know. This smells more like republicans lashing out at anything that they think can soak up some blame for the election.

I agree with you. I am not happy with how she ended up as a candidate, but my party throwing her under the bus is pretty ****ing deplorable.
