"Pakistan Fails to aim Billions in U.S. military aid at Al Qaeda"
WTF....Just another prime example of a poor choice of friends by this administration.
Sleeping with
I guess no one is outraged by this. Pakistan is using the money from the US to get equipment that is more suited to fighting India than it is to fighting on the ground terrorists.
Iran did more for us in Afganistan by simply staying out of the conflict. All the while Pakistan harbors Bin Laden (allegedly).
This, IMO, is the most dangerous place in the world right now. If this govt falls to radical Islamists not only to they have equipment they got using our money they also have nukes. Chalk up another brilliant move by Bush Inc.

I think the reason this is getting little attention is for two reasons.
1:No one likes to admit that they made a mistake. And a hell of a big mistake was made.
2: No one likes to think that "Their guy" decieved them.
I think it is very sad. Hell, I didn't vote for the guy... but when Bush was elected I hoped to God that he proved me wrong and did a good job in office.
You all know how thats going.
Although to a certain degree the U.S. does police the world, it cherry picks the policing duties to suit its own ends. If it did police the world on a "across the board basis" Rwanda, Darfur and Zimbabwe would not have happened. The U.K. and the rest of Europe are infinitely worse, they talk and talk and make resolution after resolution but never actually get up off their butt to do anything.
It can be such a confusing world. So much information, changing so rapidly, varying perspectives, etc. A person can be forgiven for wondering, "How do I know I'm being rational here? How do I know I'm in touch with reality? In short, how do I know I'm not being a f***ing moron?"
Here's an easy method to use to make sure you've got a firm grasp of reality.
First, take a look at what mountain says:

Our government betrays us...Our politicians suck(Both Parties)...Economy is tanking(I blame global warming, since global warming is the cause for everthing now days.) Alot of our Allies suck...
At least we all have one thing in common...Go kings!!!
Once again, we have made the mistake of backing a dictator that will never win a legitimate election in his own country.
Foreign aid dollars going to Pakistan are not being spent on our intended purpose. Are we really shocked?
Most of us are not, in fact many of us saw something like this coming I'm sure. (I'm not one of those, but I knew supporting a military dictator was a bad idea). Unfortunately, there are lots of people who will close their ears and lube up for whatever our glorious emperor decides to do with our money, international integrity, and soldiers because he is a "Christian".
Allies? Stop kidding yourself. USA do what they want to do. After they **** up, their "allies" need to spend money at "Help Iraqi people" conferences. So basically USA do what they want to do and their "allies" are there to fix their mistakes.
If it was my decision, I wouldn't give a single euro for the mess USA caused because of the oil thirst. I know my country is not getting anything out of Iraq and yet all of us are paying for this country and even sending some military over there.
Before you spit on your allies, think about it. Most of the allies were AGAINST the war and yet they are paying for the crap left behind.

LOL. Let's see. He first gets rid of the judge who was likely not going to allow Musarraf run in the election, then he jails the opponents he would have had in any election they says he'll have an election. That is just the funniest thing I've heard in a while.
I'm telling you all...this place is dangerous. The Administration helping this clown all for the "war on terror" has only made things worse. If this place falls apart and the Islamists get in power they now have Nukes to do whatever they please. Another in a long line of terrific moves by the US state dept. Iran is NOTHING compared to what Pakistan will end up like. At least in Iran most of the population likes Americans.
