I know one of the parties involved...he is actually a pretty decent homicide detective. I am very familiar with this case because I was involve with the Vineland Gang task force. The parties involved were all Vineland people (Ledesma) and associates (Puebla). It there was anything I wouldnt have done, it would be putting Puebla's name on the photographic lineup. That would be a NO-NO in my book due to the fact of what had happened to her. The RUSE thing is legal and has always be used, you just dont put a persons live in danger by putting their name on the line up form.
Aside from this, yes its said that Puebla died BUT she had to consider the consequences of being an associate of a VIOLENT criminal street gang. Also, her family should have shielded her away from this thugs.

The cop or cops whe revealed her should be held accountable. This kind of crap happens, why would someone want to telp the police if they're just going to endanger your life. Luckily, this is not representative of what usually happens. Still it sets a bad precedent.
