This is VERY
Lakotah Nation which holds land in Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota is now a Sovereign nation, by withdrawing from all treaties imposed by US government.
This is VERY important and finally someone has the balls to stand up to a corrupt and evil government.
History timeline:
1700's: Lakotah governed themselves as they had for thousands of years.
1803: Louisiana Purchase Treaty between US and France in which the US promises to respect the liberties, property and religious rights of the inhabitants of the territory, which includes the Lakotah.
1805-1868: Numerous treaties between the US and Sioux Nation, all of which have been violated by the US.
NOTE: The Treaty commission, representing the militarily defeated United States of America, came to Lakotah in 1868, begging for peace, and we gave it to them, once again securing the 1851 boundaries. During their return trip to Washington DC, the Treaty Commission of the United States of America stopped over in Chicago and changed the boundaries of the Lakotah Nation to eliminating all land south of the present day Nebraska-South Dakota border, all lands in Wyoming south of that latitude, and diminishing the lands in Montana and North Dakota. In 1876, the Black Hills were illegally taken. In reviewing this taking, the United States Supreme Court, in United States v. Sioux Nation of
Indians, 448 U.S. 371, 388 (1980), stated:
1974: International Treaty Conference attended by over 5000 Lakotah, including many elders. Lakotah elders give two mandates to attendees, international recognition of indigenous rights, and sovereignty.
Declaration of Continuing Independence also issued by the conference.
September 2007: UN passes the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
December 2007: Lakotah Freedom Delegation withdraws from all treaties
with the US.

One thing that you can say is our government was consistent with the way we treated the Native Americans. A black mark on our history.

Remind yourself that the US government has historically broken every treaty it has ever signed with an Indian nation. Then ask yourself if this at all applicable
I have talked to some of my Lakotah friends and this Mr Means is nothing more than rogue hollywood native American. This all done by THREE people that are NOT very well respected by the Lakotah Nation.
It sall a scam and there was/will not be any treaties brokens. Apparently it would destroy the Lakotah Nation 90% of their economy is from federal funding.
