Classy outfit, those guys. How many lies do you have to tell before you're forced to register as a Republican?
Time for Obama to drop the Hope-a-dope message and go gangsta on this biiiaaatch.
Classy outfit, those people are.

Obama is one fat, ugly, too dark, black man. No way people can vote for him.
Did you really expect anything less from the Clintons? She is going to do whatever it takes to secure the nomination. Any of you that thought she would be gracious and step aside if Obama didn't have all the delegates he needed to win the nomination at the convention were dreaming.
It should be an interesting convention to watch.

Clinton's playing dirty,,no, say it ain't so. Then again, just wait until the main event and see what the Republican election machine has in store for Obama. He will be starring in the "true too life version" of "Black Snake Moan" on every TV in America. I am moving to Canada to enjoy the irrelevance.
That's funny because the front page of the LA times last week ran a story/poll that had McCain beating Obama and Hillary in the general election.
No link unfortunately. But these same polls had Kerry winning on election day in 2004, so I guess I shouldn't get my 'panties in a bunch' over the LA times poll.
What's really going to burn me up is when Obama has won the popular vote in all primaries/caucuses and the Super Delagates go ape**** and are swayed by the leaders of the DNC to go with HillBill.
And that is where ONCE AGAIN, we shall feel this Democracy die just a little bit more.
I see that the idea of a "super ticket" where the two combine is gaining steam amongst some high-level Dems - the only problem is that one of the two has to accept the 2nd spot, and as it stands right now, while it SHOULD be Hillary - it WON'T be Hillary. Which is why this will continue to be a standoff that is going to divide this party just like Bush has done to the Republicans.

Not to mention that Obama has not exactly embraced the idea of Hillary being his running mate if he is at the top of the ticket.

Hey goombah, I got yer "super ticket" right here!!
Maybe if McCain and Hillary shack up in the White House with each other for an eight year drinking party they can hire Barack to be their "designated driver president" and to answer the the phone a 3 AM?
I'm sure Bill and Cindy McCain could get along well too.
It's all too ugly.
Obama or Nobody in '08.

I had a very tough time deciding for whom I was going to vote for in the primary. I liked Obama's message. I liked that Clinton has more experience. I also liked the idea of having Bill in the white house to serve as an ambassador of sorts to help rebuild our status in the world. For the con side of the argument. I do not like the idea of the same 2 families running the country for 24 years. I did not decide which to vote for until the day before the election. I made my decision based upon the following points.
1. I am not convinced that Obama has the experience to get things like a budget passed or to push through any major reforms. What happens if the Dems lose the senate in 2 years?
2. I am nervous about the republican machine and what it might do to Obama prior to the general election. Hillary has been battling that Republican machine for most of her adult life. WHat else could they do to her. Has it not all been revealed by now?
Mainly for the reasons above, I voted for Hillary.
I have a question for the people that bash Hillary. With all of her faults, if it comes down to Hillary vs. McCain, for whom would you vote?

Obama.
And FYI.... just to debunk the myth: Hillary doesn't have "more experience" than Barack Obama, unless you think First Lady counts? Which is stupid. Because by that logic make way for Laura Bush in 2012.
And personally, I think Hillary would be less effective at getting things done, IMO. Republicans don't hate Barack Obama with the fervor they hate Hillary Clinton. Nobody on the GOP side is going to work with her. She won't get things done, and the GOP will be primed for a congressional comeback in 2010.
