I'm not sure where we draw the line on these gun-control issues. What about the law that says you cannot have a gun at the bar? Why is that law okay? Why is there even such a thing as a *concealed weapon* permit?
It's a cluster **** because you cannot have anything be considered illegal unless a government says so. Then if it does, according to the recent precedent, throw that law out because of the 2nd amendment.
You cannot argue *logically* about gun control because the paradox already exists. So what are the limits of gun control, and why is a city banning a certain type of gun okay? What seperates a tank cannon from a hand gun, and where is that in the constitution?
If our government was becoming overly oppressive, I'd rather have the tank cannon.
