I have not seen this on any of the local freeways. (405, 101,110,10,5 and 60)

its for real boys and girls! seen it on the 405 north bound about a month ago right around the la tijera exit. Tripped out when i seen it but seeing these articles now kinda validates my not thinking is was seeing things..

X-wingcamewest has seen it and took a pic of it and from what I understand he has less knowledge in photoshop than me, which is none.
