Thus far it looks like we will be going to the Hof for traditions sake on Friday.
Most exciting is Craftsteak on Saturday before the game.

Where are you eating in Vegas (the 2008 edition)

Most exciting is Craftsteak on Saturday before the game. Ruley, bring the rope and I'll bring the duct tape and hopefully Mr. Collichio will be there!
Hoping to hit Burger Bar up at Mandalay as well at some point. That place is fairly inexpensive (for Vegas) and very tasty!

Bouchon in the Venetian. Great food. Great wine. Great view of The Strip from the 10th floor outdoor terrace. Girlfriend is from Paris and she enjoys the ambiance there very much.

They sell Joseph Phelps Insignia 2004 . . . for $550 a bottle!
A great wine but it retails for $200 a bottle.

Still wanting to try something from a Thomas Keller or Joel Robuchon restaurant. Gonna have to find some time for breakfast/lunch/dessert at one of their Vegas spots. Hof and Craftsteak will be a lot of fun, though.
