About This Page: This is a discussion on Food and Beer Reviews within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. So we've been discussing it in the Smoking Time thread, but I thought I'd start a new thread to discuss what everyone is cooking on Father's Day!

Its Surf and Turf at my house. I've got a 7Lbs. Ribeye Roast that I'm going to smoke with mesquite to medium rare.
I also picked up 4 Lbs. of King Crab legs and 2 Lbs. of Prawns at Costco today. Those will go on the grill right before munching time, with butter/olive oil/garlic basting.
** Edit Because I just changed my mind and its my house **
The Shrimp are becoming an appetizer, and I'll get more to accomadate this. I'm going to bacon wrap them in a sweet marinade (If you want the recipe, PM me). You have to cook the bacon a little bit, pulling it just as their ends curl and before they turn brown. I'll then wrap the shrimp with the bacon, and skewer it. Grill on a high direct heat for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning once halfway and basting with some of the reserved marinade.
Home made deep fried zucchini to start (I've got a bit of a zucchini problem right now). Twice baked taters (Butter/Sour Cream/Chives/Cheddar Cheese), Grilled Asparagus with olive oil and lime, a green salad, and garlic bread to finish it.
And of course, REAL HORSERADISH!
Sierra Nevada, Firestone Double Barrel Ale, and a nice Cab/Merlot blend.
My wife got some silly Bundt Cake Cooler thing, which I have no intention of eating at any point. If I have room in my tummy, more Surf and Turf!
