A whole bunch of major restaurant chains are in here as well as how long you have to walk/run/swim to burn off your favorite munchies. It's a rather depressing site but good knowledge for those of us trying to eat as healthy as possible.

Heh, during the Atkins craze the restaurant I slanged burgers at (Island's) introduced "high-protein platters." I sold a ton of those things to the Atkins people.

Yep. I've learned that pretty much anything you eat at a restaurant that has meat in it is LOADED with a bunch of bad stuff :( Also do look at the portion size. 2 pounds. Who eats 2 pounds of food in one sitting?
