I've been looking to buy a bottle of vanilla flavored vodka and am just wondering which brand my fellow LGKers prefer. I would most likely be partial to one that has a strong Vanilla flavor...and I'm not opposed to a very sweet taste, as well.
The best thing about flavored Vodka is that the higher end stuff doens't taste all that much better than the less expensive stuff. It's all about the flavor with flavored Vodka anyway. Stoli is delicious.
Id go with the stoli.....try my Shooter recipe I posted in the other booze thread.
Only reason Ive never bought vanilla vodka is because it limits you to sweet drinks. You can make a great sweet drink with regular stoli as well as fruit drinks/bloody marys etc etc.

Make your own - put a couple of vanilla beans in a bottle of good vodka, and let it sit for a few weeks. Way better than anything off the shelf. I just got some for Christmas from my neighbor. There is actually oil from the beans floating in the bottle. Yum!

So thanks, guys...Stoli it is! And thanks also for all the other *concoctions* you mentioned. I will definitely give them a try.
Pineapple Upside-down Cake:
1 part frangelico:1 part vanilla vodka: pineapple juice.... shake it!
Pour into a shooter glass and add a bit of grenadine on the bottom
...BEST GIRLIE SHOOTER EVER!!!!!
