Two smallish boneless ribeyes, seasoned and grilled medium to medium rare.
Mixed greens coated in your favorite vinaigrette dressing.
1 sweet onion, mandolined thin, coated in a mixture of flour, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne. Fried until golden brown.
Crumbled feta cheese.
Lay warm steak on top of dressed salad greens.
Lay a generous portion of onions on top of steak.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Devour barbarically.
Nice! I LOVE Steak salad. We usually use the chilled leftover grilled rib-eye or others, red onion, grape tomatoes and a crumbled blue-veined cheese. With a homemade ponzu based or wasabi-shoyu vinaigrette it's Faaaaaantastic.
