Yes. Much to the horror of family & friends, I've liked it ever since I was a little kid.

Recently, my favorite way to have it has been to cook it with grapes (idea stolen from the Italian dish of sausage and grapes). Mmmm, sweet-salty-fatty goodness.

I think it gets a bad rep. I love the stuff. Slice it up thin and I practically burn it. It is awesome over rice. Maybe add some veggies (steamed or raw), and you have a pretty decent meal.

SPAM is the food of gods......The wife gets me a SPAM calendar every year and it hangs proudly in my locker at work. SPAM musubi is the most perfect food. Eat it now, eat it later, eat hot, eat it cold no problem......

I only use SPAM in one dish that I make, and that is...

Fried Rice.

I cube it up into small pieces, add eggs, veggies, soy sauce and scallions into the rice, and fry it up in the wok.

Delicious!

I bought one of each can, YAY SPAM!
I prefer to cut it thick and then fry it so the outside is nice and crispy but the inside still soft.
I'm from Hawaii so spam is a staple.

Hey, does anyone know of any SPAM/anchovy recipes? I'd love to mix those two together and really freak the family out. lol
