I was there last year and had a good time. Unless they've changed things a bit, there are few tables (for the amount of people at the event) so prepare to stand for quite a while. Pretty good food and some nice beers available. Food prices about what you'd expect at a street fair, but the beer is cheaper than you'd expect. I'm hoping to make it there again this year.
love the circle and the old school 1960s diner. Had lunch there once with the world famous KJ, God rest his soul
A great time to be had by all.
Watson's Drug Store! A 100+ year-old institution. I love the Orange traffic circle. My nursery school is just a block off it, and so is the Schwinn where I got my first two-wheeler...sniff...I'm getting all misty...okay that's enough.
My favorite places there now are Citrus City Grille and PJ's Abbey. Can't beat O'Hara's Pub for good divey fun, too.
Be sure to check out the store Two Little Monkeys when you are there and pick up some cool baby/kids stuff. The owner is a friend and a long time die hard Kings fan. It's right in the circle on the north east side.

My dad bought my first Schwinn at the same store!
Is PJ's Abbey still there? When I went to Chapman, we were checking it out in my Historic Preservation class when they were renovating the church.
As much as I like O'Hara's (they used to be reeeaaaalllly lenient when it came to drinking underage), Paul's is much cheaper and full of divey goodness. I have puked many a times in the alley behind it.
I may have to go this year. I used to live off Palmyra and I used to dread labor day because of the idjits blocking the driveway to my complex and pissing in my bushes. But since I don't live there anymore, I will probably check it out again.
