Screamin' Mimi Habanero Jack
Hold on to your boots! This is the big brother of our pepper based jack cheeses. A huge fan favorite for all of our macho customers at cheese tastings, fairs and farmers markets. This remarkable cheese will light up your mouth while holding true to an incredible cheese taste and texture. We could make it hotter but would probably need a license for it!

They'll only cite you for selling without a permit.
Had a turkey/habanero jack sammich about an hour ago. This stuff is pretty good. I really like Trader Joe's pepper jack cheese. This habanero jack tasted a bit hotter, and I'm still feeling a little warmth in my stomach even an hour later. Not a "painful morning in the bathroom" warmth, just a nice bit of left over heat from the habanero cheese.
BTW, if you go to Vons, then look for this cheese in the regular refrigerated cheese section. It may also just be available in blocks, but mine also had it on sale. 2 for $6 or something like that.

I bought a block of Land 'o Lakes from Vons for $3 or so. It was on sale. I had some last night and hit was quite a bit spicier than your normal pepper jack. Good stuff!
