Default More fun with Chef Pauls Salmon Magic

Had some leftover shrimp last night as I was doing some chicken in the cast iron. On a whim I Squeezed some lemon and gave a healthy sprinkle of the Salmon Magic onto some shrimp. Threw it in the cast iron for about 5 minutes and the results were amazing. I plan on making a marinade with the Salmon Magic, some Olive Oil, fresh garlic, and maybe some Lime Juice for the BBQ this weekend.

Anyhow, just another way to get some additonal mileage out of this seasoning.

Since Salmon is hard to get this season I might try the shrimp method.

I tried the bbq rub on some chicken yesterday and it kicked ass.

Werd that. Haven't seen anything wild in ages, and I refuse to eat that farm-raised crap. Bummers. Thank god for shrimp though!
